Our AC went out and in the Texas heat it got hot quickly. Air Simplicity was quick to respond and get a technician out the same day. I used this company in 2016 to install a new a/c and heating etc which they did a fantastic job and have never had any issues but I thought I would go ahead and call them for a maintenance checkup since summer is coming. This company now sends out an email with the service technician's name and picture to inform you they are on the way. That is so helpful to know who is coming to your home, especially these days. Thank you Jeff S. for being so prompt and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company and I highly recommend them.Service: A/C system maintenance

Michelle works really hard to keep customers happy and works so well with her team. They are professional and let you know what to expect. Mark does his best to remember you by name and the situation you have and is willing to help as swiftly as he can. The tech came out and he was able to assist my A/C unit and give all details for us to understand and make a sound decision. Will recommend others to try them.
