Then today, Carlos came for my service and removed and treated a humongous hornet nest on my upper floor window. -I had no idea it was there. I am very allergic and could die if stung. He also treated a small wasp nest. In addition to being a complete professional, Carlos was very calming and friendly.“

Brian took a look and understood immediately that it was not termites but carpenter ants [he demonstrated this by similar damage on a nearby tree].
