Amy, the massage therapist did awesome job, she worked on every single sore muscle in my body, from head to toes. I feel like a newborn.

“Acupuncture, acupuncture w/massage. I have severe bloating which causes breathing problems; this is brought on by chronic. I have been seeing my current acupuncturist since Jan 2009/2010 and she is wonderful. I brought a groupon for a massage but was late and stressed so we rescheduled. My acupuncturist was out of town and when I found out that she practices this I asked her if she could see me ASAP. We made an appointment two days later and it helped much but of course it return two days later (been having trouble with this for 3 months now which is unusual). Four days later I had about 20 minutes of acupuncture followed by a 60 minute massage. OMGosh my body felt so relexed and muscles were loosened. I plan to get a massage at least once a month moving forward. I recommend :)“

“This is review is long overdue . . . I got a spray tan with Amanda in May for a wedding. I had to wear a taupe dress & didn't want to blend with it. I had never done a spray tan before, & Amanda made it easy - from scheduling, to preparing, to the actual event. It turned out really beautiful, looked natural, & lasted for my out-of-town event. Additionally, Amanda does a lot of body work & noticed during my spray tan that I was having shoulder issues. My right shoulder had been bothering me for some time, & she was the first to tell me without even touching my shoulder that I had rotator cuff issues. After seeing an ortho & getting an MRI, it turns out she was exactly right. I haven't seen her for a massage, but I definitely need to give her a try.“

“I visited Return to Youth spa for their Far Infra Red Sauna. Kerry, the very knowledgeable and personable owner couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the benefits of using the sauna. The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. “First time coming here, when you walk in it smells so nice & calming. I suffer from severe Chronic migraines that I get almost every day, I have occipital neuralgia, sciatica and am also pregnant. I get the worst tension in my neck/shoulders that it gives me a migraine & nothing helps give me relief. My husband got this massage for my birthday so I was very excited but didn't want to get my hopes up. I'm pregnant, I never had a massage while pregnant with my first so this time around I had no idea what to expect. They have a pregnancy pillow & make you feel so comfortable. i believe the masseuse name is Angie/Angela but she kept making sure I was feeling okay everytime I let out a sigh lol but I was in heaven. I immediately felt relief from my neck and shoulders. I've had a migraine nonstop this whole week and it's been a few hours since my massage & my muscles feel much better. Alittle sore but I feel so much better. I'll definitely be back again. 10/10“
