“Update, they made it out asap. Found another issue with the furnace. I can't say enough good things about the service Scott offeres, but not sold on this furnace. Too many problems on a new unit. He said they will take care of it, but offers no reliability to heat my home.

At a loss at this point. Purchased a new furnace almost 2 years ago from this company. Since it was installed it's never ran properly. They have had to come out every season change as the furnace would not kick on and even effected parts on my ac when using in summer. During each trip things were looked at and parts replaced or updated on a brand new unit. Upon one of the trips out, keep in mind this has been installed for almost 2 years, Scott discovered that something on the furnace was wired incorrectly from the original install. They thought it was fixed, and since have had a hard time getting them out to take a look especially after speaking my mind about a lemon furnace. They typically offer amazing service but with all the trouble I've had. I'd expect the unit to be replaced at this point. I'm hoping I have an update with better news to share, but as of today I would be hesitate on a new unit from here. I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years, and my family for over 15 years. Showed up on time had a detailed estimate the next day outlining different heat pump options, labor warranty cost, and left his number that I could text and call any business hours and get a call back and a message back right away
Unfortunately, my three estimates for AC did not go well as Jessie heating and cooling never sent me an estimate And designer drop the ball and is not the same company that I worked with 13 years ago I kept getting their estimate, including a furnace or not Including everything we had discussed.
