In a day and age where customer service is very much lacking, Air King’s customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond via e-mail and phone call and stand by the work they perform. Very appreciated and noticed.
We went here a couple of weeks ago to buy a part we thought we needed for our furnace. Rather than simply selling us the part that was non refundable, the owner spent time talking with us about what we thought was the problem. In the end, he suggested we didn’t need the part and told us what to do. We came home, followed his advice and all is good! If we ever do need a professional guy, this is absolutely who we will call! He’s knowledgeable, honest and just a kind person!!
Fast and friendly service! Our furnace was going out this year on the coldest days of the year and they were able to help fix the furnace till we could get a full replacement. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Wonderful company and employees!
