“Great atmosphere, extremely clean, polite and friendly. Just all around good energy, great place to work out.“
“Steve is an amazing trainer who cares about your progress and is very attentive during our workouts to ensure I’m doing them correctly. I’ve gotten so much stronger since I’ve started training with Steve. The best part is that the work outs are short and fatigue my muscles quickly. Steve makes you interested in the science behind why his methods work. I’m always excited when I show up to our sessions!“
“Omar is an excellent, professional trainer and very sincere. The facility is great with all the equipment you need and it's very organized and clean.“
“One of my favorite places on Earth. Horse people gotta go, during Breyer Fest if you can make it.“
“I love this gym. It's personable and the workouts are individualized. The trainers rotate and offer fun workouts to get you moving! They offer small and large group and personal training which I do all. It fits well with my schedule too.“
“A nice little Exercise Fitness club that's locally owned and co-oped by Memorial Hospital. The place looks much larger on the inside then the outside that looks quite unassuming. Really opens up once you get inside. There's a front desk to check-in and sign up for classes and or memberships manned by at least one staff member. They offer numerous classes both as part of your overall membership as well as those that require a fee, but even that's pretty reasonable ($5 for a drop-in, $30-50 for the month depending on the class).Everyone there seems nice and pleasant and the staff are very caring and will answer any questions you have or if you need help with a machine. They have activities ranging from free-weights/weight training machines to a cardio suite and indoor track (though it's relatively small) that goes between the weight and cardio rooms. They offer Yoga, Zumba, Boxing, Karate, Tai Chi, Circuit, Sliver Sneakers 62+, Stretching, Racquetball, Spinning and much more.Signing up is relatively simple just digitally sign a few waivers and policy acknowledgments and you can sign up for a monthly membership that $50 which is similar to the YMCA, they also offer weekly and daily passes as well. If your a member of Silver Sneakers, Renew Active from UHC, or have some other gym member benefit with a Medicare Advantage Plan or Policy your membership is free as along as you remain a member of the issuing insurance company, program, or plan. This also entitles you to some of the classes for free, but some you still have to pay for like Karate, Pilates, and Yoga. As mentioned above it's usually never over 30 to 50 bucks and you can pay $5 before the class as a drop in for the day.Overall seems like a great place to improve both your body and socialization skills as most people are nice and will often greet you whether it's your first time going or have been a regular here for years. Quite pleased I discovered this place, and more so as it's close to home. Hoping to get my mom to join as well!“
