Brian was able to confirm my concern and fixed the leak in 15 minutes after carefully checking all the pipes. He is extremely knowledgeable, and has always done a great job whenever he has serviced my equipment. “I wanted to review my latest service experience call with Embrich Plumbing company. My water heater was very old and needed to be replaced. After the install, installers ran into some issues with the water heater not venting properly and safely (this was no fault of Embrich's - just unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances.) Unfortunately this was late afternoon on a Friday, and after trying everything they could think of (including calling in one of their HVAC employees who stayed for over an hour), they had to leave with the water heater off for safety reasons. Knowing I needed hot water as soon as posible, Embrich employees worked Friday evening and even on Saturday to help me get the help I needed (chimney sweep services.) We eventually got everything working properly and safely. While the install did not go 100% perfectly (again - no fault of Embrich's), everyone on the team worked hard to do what they could to help with the install and to communicate with me as the customer to make sure I understood the situation and was satisfied with the install and their employees' efforts. I wanted to commend everyone at Embrich for helping me to resolve this situation safely and as quickly as possible - this includes installers (Cody, Ben), HVAC (Malcom) front office staff (Courtney, Bonnie), and service managers (Damon, Isaac) - sorry if I left anyone out. It's great to work with a company that truly cares about their customers and their needs - highly recommended!“
