“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zeana McMillen! I have now taken my son, daughter and myself to see her (we travel almost an hour to see her). She is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She has helped both of my kids with eye issues that other eye doctors were unable to recognize/help fix. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The front desk staff is also very helpful and kind.“

“Please take my money!I am extremely pleased with Lunettes Family Eyecare and Optical Boutique. I have been to a lot of optometrist on the southside of Chicago and all I found was extremely poor or outright awful service! Then I found Lunettes! When you go into Lunettes you are greeted by Leeanne. Leeanne is so awesome! From the time I started going to Lunettes, Leeanne was just full of smiles and years of experience. To date the service that she provides is impeccable. She knows everything about her job and she knows how to get what she wants so she can provide the customer with exactly what they want. I have more than one insurance available and she easily uses every benefit available to me. Nicole, is a little newer but she has worked with Leanne in the past and it shows. Nicole is extremely nice and extremely helpful when Leeanne is not holding down the fort. She is a perfect teammate. Dr. Lange was initially quiet but that has changed. She is always asking about the family and how things are on the daily. Dr. Lange is genuinely interested in how her patients are doing and has a pleasant chair side manner. She is genuinely happy to do what she does and it shows. Dang it the whole office is just the bee's knee's. I will be going there until they tell me to stop coming in. LOL. “I took my two year old to Ticho Eye Associates today and had an amazing experience. First the receptionist was very welcoming! My daughter and I loved Nicole, who helped us pick out her first pair of glasses. My daughter was of course touching all of them, and she was patient and friendly. “I visited a week ago and they were able to get me in same-day for an exam; I received my glasses same day (ready in an hour). I'm so impressed as I've never been able to get an exam and glasses with such little hassle. The glasses + prescription prescribed to me are so much more accurate than my current contact lens prescription. While it took a few days to adjust, I cannot believe the difference in my vision. Their suggestion for new frames was spot on. Dr. Chan and Reception were so kind and welcoming - would highly recommend. I'll be back soon! Thank you.“
