“I have been using A-Guy Heating and Air for a while now. They have been maintaining my old equipment, that was original to the house. I recently had both residences equipped with a heat pump system. The installation team was efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction and then some. There was a need for custom ductwork which they did, compared to the old installation. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and spoke with Mr. Burris, was to he would be at my home before noon,and he was. Asked what the issue was, and within 15 minutes fixed my problem. “Had a 30 year old cast iron boiler system with some cold radiators. It could've been repaired with some new parts, but we decided to go with a brand new high efficiency boiler replacement instead since it's already 30 years old. Ray was quite responsive and easy to communicate with.He gave us a reasonable quote and was able to start working just 2 days later. There was a small hiccup with the boiler being a bit too big for our house so they decided to go with a smaller more appropriately sized unit instead.Marco did most of the boiler install and was easy to work with when we had questions or concerns. There was a small water leak as well as a small gas leak that we noticed, but it was something he easily fixed. As with any installation from any contractor, check it out yourself for any issues like that.Overall, if you want a reasonable quote, quick to start installs, and easy communication, I would recommend them for your heating installs.Service: Heating system installation“
