I went here to get a simple gel soak off right before my nail appointment with another nail artist who doesn't remove gel if it isn't her own work. If 3D Design was quick and clean, I would have came back for gel on my toenails after my finger nail appointment. It was not quick nor was it clean. I asked for a gel soak off and the woman helping me asked me to clarify three time if I wanted polish to be put on after the soak off. I said no and that a gel soak off would be just fine. She proceeded to go and help two other customers and got their pedicures started lol. No given wait time, no one said they'll be right with me. Nothing. Also not dirrrrrty per say, but not the cleanest. There was a warm cup of melted ice coffee on the floor next to the register. Nice layer of dust. Wouldn't recommended.

I truly will be back. The customer service and performance I received was outstanding. Watching them open doors for their customers and service with a smile. Thank you for the pedicure. The lady that did my procedure was great.Service: Pedicure

Horrible manicure. They did not fully remove the red before applying the light pink and it came out looking messy. When I pointed this out to them they were rude and unhelpful and waved me away. Don't waste your time or money here.
