I have shopped at this Ulta location many times and unfortunately it really seems to have gone downhill. The store looks like it’s in the final days of a going out of business sale. Many of the shelves and displays were completely empty. I went to the MAC section to shop for lipstick and at least 80% of the shades were out of stock. Ulta and Sephora are usually fun places to shop but I left this place depressed. ?

The store was an absolute mess, they didn’t have 90% of what I went in for, which isn’t always their fault. Not one employee asked if I needed help, the only interaction I had with an employee was the cashier who was wonderful. There were no samples out to test anything or shade match myself.

If you need help with finding your shade I strongly recommend OCTAVIA ! She’s a pro with colors. Also, I’m a shy person but she made me feel comfortable and was super nice. Thanks Octavia!
