The people at doctor's of physical therapy took really good care and were also thorough with their approach to tackle the issue. I had a herniated disc in my spine and they worked a lot and came up with a systemic plan to strengthen my muscles which helped me resume my day to day activities. Thank you everyone at DPT especially Alison, Stephen and Benjamin!

I concluded physical therapy with Allison Lovering on September 8th of 2022. Here it is September 28, 2023, and I am daily doing some of the exercises that Allison showed me. I am able to (honestly!) run up the 12 stairs from the basement and ride my bike for six miles every second day. There is no pain in either hip. In the morning I wake with a pain in my back, but as soon as I have completed my exercises, I am pain-free. What a blessing! I use no analgesics, so that all systems are working well: no laxatives or sleeping pills!
