“Ron’s great! Each day is different so you don’t know what to expect and he’s willing to customize a workout if you want to focus on something specific. He’s encouraging and he respects when you need to rest or take a break, but he will always push you to get the most out of your session. I’ve got some wrist and leg issues and he continuously checks in to ensure that I’m okay and modifies the move if necessary. He's honest, flexible, and professional. Definitely would recommend!“

“I have been doing yoga classes with Anu for several months now. She is very patient and encouraging. I love that she tailors each class to our body’s needs. She always explains the purpose of each pose or movement, and gives constructive feedback as she observes us practice. She also includes breathing and meditation exercises into every class, which helps immensely with calming the mind. I have done classes both in-person and over zoom, and have enjoyed both. “I have been to Rise Physical Therapy after my knee arthroscopy surgery. In this day and age where patients at many clinics are given very little personal attention , the therapist here treats every patient one on one , takes time to educate the patient , train the patient, as required , gives Home excercise programs on an ongoing basis. You can see a clear difference between a commercial clinic vs one therapist working with passion, and compassion! I wish her the very best in all her future endeavors!“
