Our air condition went out on Wednesday evening around 8pm, I sent an email to TTCS same night at at 7am on Thursday morning Jens called me back. He was in Elmhurst already and could stop by at 8am. By 9:30am Thursday morning we had cold air blowing in our bedroom again. One of the capacitors on the compressor had gone bad; Jens replaced it and went over both units to check for gas pressure. Perfect service at a fair price! ?

Jens is a professional. If he says he'll be there, he's there! No 4 hour window to wait for someone to show up. He is direct, fair and very good at what he does. We have used him several times for heating & cooling and he is punctual, professional and valued.
