Fred was my technician and he arrived on Friday during the big snowstorm and got our new furnace in and it was glorious. Kevin was able to handle the paperwork and work out a great deal so it would fit in our budget. Faith in humanity restored and I highly recommend these folks

I had an old furnace that I needed to replace and Visser was very easy to communicate with via email, they gave me the best quote around, and did the job very well and left no trace when the job was complete. I had concerns if the basement ever flooded so they raised the furnace a bit to prevent damage of flooding. They also informed me during installation that there was a potential issue with the connection to a very old AC that I could ignore and risk potential overheating of the unit or replace the AC so I ended up replacing the AC as well once summer came. They gave me multiple options and did not try to sell me on anything extra as well as provide a great warranty...read full review
