They did a complete kitchen remodel for us and it was done on time, with absolute quality and professionalism. We had a few small hiccups along the way, as you always do with contract work being done, but what set LaMantia apart is they stepped up immediately and resolved all of them without trying to pass the buck, or nickel and dime us. Their project manager, Mike, is absolutely incredible to work with, he's on top of everything, and he's wonderfully kind, our 4 and 5 year old little girls wanted to adopt him as their uncle, he was so awesome with them. They are honest, accountable, forthcoming, hardworking, and talented people. We have worked with other contractors in the past (basement build out, patio/outdoor kitchen, pool install), and LaMantia is BY FAR the BEST contractors we have worked with. “We chose the guys at Waterman Brothers add approximately 600 square feet to our 1950's era ranch home. We received 6 different quotes from 6 different contractors. Their price estimate came in slightly below middle of the pack. Why I give them 5 stars is as follows:Their quality of work is absolutely beyond reproach. It's definitely a good sign when the building inspector says that he always see's the highest caliber work from them and is always impressed by it.They came right on budget (and we even upgraded a few things). How man contractors actually do that? Right? Crazy!They answered every question we had, and were even able to adapt to our crazy changes, like deciding to tile the ceiling of our shower (which look super awesome FYI!).The people they work with in specialty fields (Think drywallers, electricians, etc...) were equally talented and polite. Always a huge plus.All in all, these guys were absolutely awesome. Hands down.My only takeaway that would drop them maybe a half a star were as follows:If you want communication from them, you have to talk to them. They are a fairly quiet and humble bunch, and talking isn't their strongest suit. I suppose if you have to trade speaking skills for quality of workmanship, I'm sold.Lastly, they are a little dirty. Then again, we went through some agressive construction that blew out the back wall of the house. I suppose a little dirty is expected.Again, we're super happy with them, and would recommend them without any second guessing.“

“We had our kitchen done by GWC and overall a great experience. The team was there working hard everyday they could be working the hours agreed upon. We experienced some delays due to availability of materials and some unforeseen issues (as always with these kinds of projects) but Christian and Adam came to us with solutions and proactively worked with our designer and vendors as needed. We are very happy with our new kitchen.“
