151 Ogden Ave, Westmont“If I could give BBX a million stars I could- I cannot possibly list all of the wonderful things about this place. Taking taekwondo has built so much confidence in my kids. They love coming here, and that is all attributed to Master Kim, who has created a positive environment that is both respectful and fun. He runs a tight ship and is strict, but is also so so kind and compassionate. You can tell that he loves what he does and his students. He's an incredibly positive role model and the children adore and respect him. The classes are a balance between serious work and training, and also some fun games. My kids have made so many friends- it's been a great experience. BBX is a hidden gem.“

682 Roosevelt Rd, Glen Ellyn“My son started at USMA 1.5 years ago and since then, my daughter and I have joined as well. We checked out several martial arts schools but were most impressed with USMA Glen Ellyn. They have helped my children develop confidence and strength as well as strengthen their discipline and respect towards others. All the instructors are great but Grand Master Lee exudes such a gentle authority. The students learn the art of taekwondo as well as the Korean culture. As an adult, I have enjoyed getting back into shape and building my strength as well as finding a group of adults that support each other.“

856 N Main St, Glen Ellyn“Both my sons have been learning Okinawan Shotokan Karate from Sensei Mostafa since 2021. Both of them naturally love martial arts, its discipline, personal growth, and leadership. They earned their black belts in MMA in Wisconsin, and they have seriously put in hard work and focus to earn their black belts under Sensei Mostafa's guidance. They are working towards higher level black belts, but more than that, my kids are learning to be well balanced, good citizens. Karate and martial arts in general can be a spiritual exercise and can teach inner discipline, impulse control, responsibility, good conduct, positivity, grace under pressure, self-respect, and a strong moral core. Sensei Mostafa and his team of senior student instructors inspire all students to follow this path by leading through example. The Sensei is a good person ??“

“We started at TBK to give our son a safe and healthy environment to build his confidence, develop his self-discipline, and improve his athletic abilities through Karate. He really loves it and we appreciate the support the TBK staff has given our family.“
