Brian provided the quote from TRC and was very transparent about everything their roof installation included, which was just as thorough and professional as what other companies advertised - but half as expensive! Brian showed up with Joel’s crew on installation day, and everything went smoothly. The crew was very friendly and careful as they worked. They protected my landscaping, siding, and AC unit without so much as scratching a thing. Their clean-up of debris and nails was very meticulous. My old roof came down and new one went up in only one day - which was really impressive, since so much of my roof decking had to be replaced and a new vent had to be installed. My new roof looks fantastic. The crew clearly did a very professional job. I have already recommended them to a few friends and would suggest them to anyone. Took pictures and texted with details of what was done, any issues spotted on my neighbors gutters, and it was a great deal. They were polite, quick but thorough , exactly on time. He is honest, reasonable but not cheap, and does quality work, and warranties all his work. He does both shingle roofs, as well as coated roofs.“

“I have been in my house 20 years and every time after a heavy heavy rain I have gotten water in the basement. A lot of water. I frequently get gutters cleaned so it was annoying that in a heavy rain water would gush down off roof like a waterfall. Gutters r us came out and I explained what I knew to be issue. He listened. He checked gutters and aligned them and added an extension away from house. I had an underground downspout which was clogged with grass. Last week we got a heavy rain and it was early enough to see that water was gushing out of downspouts and not from roof like a waterfall. “I was so very pleased with this company. A branch fell on our gutters in a horrible wind storm and damaged them so I went in my records and found KGuard and gave them a call. Everything was mostly taken care of for me by Udo. He is an expert at his business, and has an amazing crew with professionalism, kindness and complete knowledge of the product. Udo came to my folks home to assess and give an estimate. After all the insurance issues was completed, his staff came out and did a wonderful job. They answered my questions to the fullest and finished assembling the gutters all in a day. They hauled away the old gutters. It looks so good and complete.
