“I called Durable Roofing to come out and give me an estimate for either a new roof or repair. The young man that came out, he suggested I should get a new roof instead of repairing it. When he showed me what my roof look like, I decided to get a new roof instead. Once Durable was finished with the roof, they took before and after pictures of my roof. I was completely happy and satisfied with my roof.“

“As a home inspector, I did my homework before deciding which company to use to change the look of my home and install new siding. After receiving bids from a number of companies and speaking to their owners, I chose VIS Exterior. The owner, Val was very knowledgeable and had good ideas in how to replace our old stucco and T-111 siding with new LP vertical and horizonal siding. Val's crew worked diligently and did a terrific job removing the old siding and installing the new siding according to the manufacturer's specs. My wife and I had some special requests which Val personally helped to make happen. We are very pleased with their work, going above and beyond our expectations.“
“Luis was the guy who came in for estimate we had very tiny leak in our roof and I thought it would cost me now we are new business in town but Luis went up on roof did all his inspection of the roof came down with all the photos which is so professional and showed me it was just little thing which he fix by caulking it didn’t even charge us as it was just a little job to be done. “If you’re looking for doors or windows, don’t bother looking anywhere else. I went through getting multiple quotes with questionable companies and contractors, luckily I found Dudek! No one else explained the work needed to the level Derek did with absolutely no pressure, he just tells it straight and lets you decide.I had Dudek Exteriors replace three windows at my old house and he did a phenomenal job, so I used him again at our new house. He replaced three exterior doors, one of which was a very customer/unique size, two screen doors, and a slider window. As always the workmanship is top notch quality, fast, and an excellent value. Derek leaves the house as clean as when he arrives and clearly communicates the project timeline and when he will be able to complete the install. Couldn’t be any happier with the results and will be using him when replacing the remain 18 windows.“

“We inherited a 2-flat apartment building from my in-laws. There was never any upkeep on the chimney in the 80+ years that they owned it. The tenants on the 2nd floor called us one night saying water was coming in. (apartment building is in Chicago, we live in WI) Naturally we assumed the roof. After further contact with the tenant it was discovered it was the chimney. Our Heating and AC company (Guardian Heating & AC) recommended Chimney USA, as they have worked with them in the past, and have always been satisfied with them.We called Chimney USA on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Marna. They came out that evening to inspect the chimney. I certainly was impressed they came out within a hours of my call!!The chimney needed extensive work. It was collapsing on the inside. They did preliminary work that night to stop it from leaking. They came out a few days later to really look at the chimney.Mirna kept me informed every step of the way via phone calls and text messages with pictures showing us the damage and the work they did to fix all the issues.The roof is very pitched which makes it harder to work on, besides being high.They cleaned up after working to the point it didn't look like it was anyone ever there!I certainly would recommend Chimney USA to anyone needing work on their chimneys. They tackled a very difficult job as if it was a piece of cake.“

“I was so very pleased with this company. A branch fell on our gutters in a horrible wind storm and damaged them so I went in my records and found KGuard and gave them a call. Everything was mostly taken care of for me by Udo. He is an expert at his business, and has an amazing crew with professionalism, kindness and complete knowledge of the product. Udo came to my folks home to assess and give an estimate. After all the insurance issues was completed, his staff came out and did a wonderful job. They answered my questions to the fullest and finished assembling the gutters all in a day. They hauled away the old gutters. It looks so good and complete. I recommend reaching out to this company before anyone else. I would be really surprised if you don’t even come close to experiencing the amazing satisfaction that I had. “I had them replace my roof on a recently-purchased home because the seller/flipper had a very shoddy company do the roof about six months prior and it was already going bad in spots. The job was scheduled and later that month they finished the entire roof in just a single day with a large crew and a couple of large trucks. I paid what I was quoted and would recommend them. They did guarantee the work they did.*After contacting them originally, Cameron came out and was very polite and professional throughout the process. He took time to point out and explain some of the defects like sagging and improper drainage that existed despite the other roofing company having "finished" their job six months prior. He gave me a quote which SRC abided by and I paid what we agreed on through an initial deposit and then a final payment after the job was complete. I am happy with the work done and have noticed no issues with the new roof or the gutter cover system they installed. If I do find evidence of shoddy work like some other reviewers have mentioned, I will update this review. Otherwise, great job Stewart Roofing Co, and very glad to keep the business local to the Blue Island area!Service: Roof installation“
