“I started coming to yoga classes with Kate in 2017. It was the first studio I ever practiced yoga at outside of my home. Kate creates a wonderful class environmental and offers a variety of modifications for students at different levels of their practice, and is incredibly knowledgeable on the anatomy aspect as well. My yoga practice has grown so much since coming this studio and it's helped me become more consistent with my practice.I've also scheduled massage with Kate. I was holding so much tension in my upper back it was becoming painful this past season, and she was able to release that tension so I have more mobility in my shoulders again :) So lucky to have this gem apart of our community!“
