This place is what you'd expect from the barber you grew up with. I was recommended this spot by a guy I work with. Cash only, work the mornings, n and out in 15-20 mins with a great haircut, interested into conversation, and at an incredible price. They allowed me to last minute a haircut the morning of and the service I received was no different that scheduling a week in advance. This is a throwback to the old school barber banter everyone use to love with a great local feel. If you need a new spot come here while you still can.

When we were looking for a supportive living environment for my uncle after he fell and broke his hip, we were glad to know that Asbury had a continuum of services, unlike many supportive living environments. Joanna was very helpful explaining the process, since it was all new to my cousin and I. When my uncle's rehab was taking longer then we had hoped. she was a great resource and support for us as we navigated the process. She also helped us in getting him into the rehab at Asbury which made a huge difference. He has been well taken care of since transitioning to Asbury Court.

I will say this outright: I did not use Good Will Plumbing but I still think this is an excellent company I will be more than happy to use in the future. Why?I had a clogged toilet in my dental office. I called Good Will Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Dan. I told him my problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He told me that all of the plumbers were booked for today and tomorrow due to the heavy rains we were getting. He sincerely apologized but he gave me honest advice on buying an auger from Home Depot and also sent me a YouTube video on how to use it. He said that this should take care of the problem and it did.I can tell you that this is an honest company that actually cares about their customers from this one interaction I had alone. I honestly recommend anyone to use them and have full confidence in their services.

My parents had used Alan Tinker plumbing in their home when I was a teen, and were pleased with their experiences. So, when my husband and I bought a home in the northern suburbs and had a plumbing issue, I called Alan. We’ve used them a couple of times now. Most recently, his son installed a new garbage disposal for us. After he completed the job, he showed me how to change the filter cartridge that is under my kitchen sink, for my hot-water dispenser. Overall, Alan Tinker provides consistently good plumbing services at reasonable prices.

I was having an issue with my dishwasher circuit and saw that I had power at the circuit breaker but not at the wires going into the appliance. I called Norb and Sons thinking that I had a wiring issue but Tom had me check for a switch I did not know I had which was the cause of the problem, saving me from having to pay for a service visit. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness and will be calling Norb and Sons for all future electrical work.

Finding a cleaning service can be difficult. On a recommendation from a friend, we found Master Maid. Halina runs a very professional, accommodating, and thorough cleaning service. The "crew" that comes to our house couldn't be a nicer group of people. It's hard to let strangers into your home but from our first visit I felt comfortable having them. They do an excellent job, and always leave my house looking and smelling wonderful! Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I really like how Linda talked to me and I want to express my appreciation for you, Linda, by writing this review here. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about. If I had decided to hire a dog inspection, I would have chosen Linda first, both because of price and because of the quality of her communication. Dr Drew and his staff are fantastic! I had a challenging case and it was handled beautifully.
First of all, at the front entrance of the building's new location on Lee Street, there is a ramp for people with mobility issues. There are also 2 steps to enter the building for people with non-mobility issues. Parking is limited in front of the building at times. One can park in the rear of the building, but the rear entrance is under construction and is temporarily inaccessible for patients, so one must walk around to the front entrance. After all that being said, however, my visit was very pleasant; the staff and Dr. Grandinetti was very accommodating! Other than the temporary accessibility issues, it was a very pleasant experience. Four stars for now - sorry, First Class Smiles! Would recommend!

Been going here since last year and love it. They offer all the latest therapies and will work with you to create a treatment plan. A huge plus is that they offer deep tissue massage as therapy option for those tight muscles.

Dr. Kenneth Lee was such a blessing. Very nice and professional and helped me with my sciatica issue that was radiating all the way down to my ankle from my back! He was knowledgeable about the topic and after about a month and a half’s treatment here I am months later pain free. Would recommend!
I was in pain, when I called Dr. Collins for my first appointment. She was magical, so kind and caring, went through my history and chatted to me as a friend. In the past I've been told that I need to get adjusted 3 times a week. Dr. Collins told me to come by every 1 to 3 weeks and I feel magnificent. I'm just sad that I didn't find her earlier.
Chiro One Des Plaines location has been a lifesaver! I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Megan and her staff, though gentle therapies and adjustments, have elevated the pain. Once the pain was gone I had a unexpected walking trip. They gave me the best advise on how to walk, the proper shoes to wear, scratching, etc., making the trip not only enjoyable but the pain didn't return. I cannot recommend them enough.
Front desk staff are always super patient and helpful. Doctors Chris and Kara are the best. They’re practical and empathetic.
We were able to get our dog seen on a walk-in. We only had to wait a short amount of time. They were so helpful and very thorough with the examination. We went home that day with medication and a much happier pup!
The vets are nice knowledgeable and professional, but the office is a bit disorganized, not proactive and expensive. You have to remind them if things at appointments and explicitly ask if any vaccinations/tests are needed in the near future. Otherwise they will simply make you schedule and pay for a separate visit, even if it's only needed a week later. I'm not sure what the reviews saying they're rude are all about. They've never been anything but kind and respectful, I have however seen multiple pet owners not return the same courtesy.

We have an elderly dog who needs a fair amount of medical care and they are always honest with us about what he needs or doesn’t need.
