Every person there knows Anoush as soon as she comes in, not just the amazing girls up front but the ENTIRE staff. People that I have never even met, they are all so excited to see her. I know she has so much fun by the way I say “let’s go see the puppies” she just spins and spins. I feel so comforted knowing such loving people are taking care of the pet I love soooo much! Guys, I just wish you had cameras so I could watch how much fun she is having. I would probably not get much work done, because they have sent me videos of how playful she is. You are all so extraordinary, we love all of you so very much. Thank you a million times!“

“Cannot recommend enough! Did we get training? No because after taking 40 minutes of her time to talk to us, Jody told us we did not need it. Instead during the extremely generous phone call, she told us things we could do to help benefit our dog. She did suggest training right before having a baby though, so when we are at that point we will be giving her a call! Highly recommend for honest and well educated training! PS she came recommended by our vet who is a very straight forward and dog-loving man!“

Greenbay rd and, Half Day Rd, Highland Park“We started training with Marius in April 2015 when Frank was 9 weeks old. I talked to many dog trainers but I loved Marius’ approach to trainingand his willingness to help guide me through the tough first months of puppyhood. People comment to me all the time on what a well trained & behaved dog he is! Frank LOVED Marius from the start, as does all my family! He truly has a special gift with animals. He trains with positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques but all while using a firm but gentle touch. Marius also guided us through a very rough period when Frank was 9 -10 months old.Frank still goes for socialization adventures with Marius and loves his friends he gets to meet. He literally starts whining & clawing to get out of the car when we’re still blocks away from Marius’ he’s so excited! He has helped us raise Frank into a loving, socialized, well-trained dog who loves to learn new things and is easy to train. We can’t recommend him enough!“

888 E Northwest Hwy, Mt Prospect“I moved to the area 4 years ago and went to several vets in the area until I found Mt. Plaines. I’ve been taking my cat here for 2 years now and they are awesome. The staff is friendly, responsive and courteous and Dr. Ruffolo is attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. My search is over.“

1031 W Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove“I started taking my 14-year-old Doberman/German Shepherd to Buffalo Grove animal Hospital a few years ago. She's had a few fairly serious age related issues lately. I couldn't have been more pleased than I was with the Care and follow up provided by each of the vets and vet tech at Buffalo Grove animal Hospital. They have been phenomenal, and so much better than the previous Vet I had used that unfortunately went downhill with staffing, quality and care.“

295 Peterson Rd, Libertyville“I am so sad they retired. By far and away the most educated and dedicated doctors, AND staff. NOT replaceable. Not even close. I am so sad they closed. As for the bad reviews? I love how the negative comments start with great doctors but too expensive. It's always about the money. If you can't pay The Four Seasons prices, go check in to a Motel 8. There are plenty of other vets, like hotels, who have cockroaches if that's what you prefer. You sound like a bunch of hillbillies. I am HEARTBROKEN they have closed. Especially because now I may run into the morons who posted negatively on here. No chance of morons in the NICC waiting area just dedicated pet owners who love their cats.“

2975 Milwaukee Ave, Northbrook“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“
