“I contacted Brilliant Plumbers and spoke with Nick, to schedule a consultation. Upon the appointment date, Nick arrived in a timely manner and appeared in a professional manner. After a thorough assessment, he determined the source of my plumbing issue efficiently. He created a plan of action to correct the issue, advised of the necessary steps (which included traveling to multiple stores in a vast radius, if the local stores were without the required parts) and provided more than one option. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed.
