The best Pilates studio in the area. Kirsten is so knowledgeable about Pilates and how to help each person uniquely to them. She’s truly just inspiring to be around. The other classes and instructors are amazing as well. You leave feeling very refreshed strengthened and lengthened! Would recommend to anyone!
Tried my first Pilates class today and LOVED it!! Signed up afterwards for more classes!! I look forward to continuing this wonderful class. Kirsten is amazing and so knowledgable you can see the passion she has for helping others
This is a great hot yoga studio located in the heart of downtown Crystal Lake. What a great experience! Went for a massage right after. Very convenient and my body and mind feel re-energized!!
