I am a professional athlete and have been doing yoga on and off for years. Mainly out of state but have now lived in Illinois the last 5-6 years and I am so happy to have came across Melt Pilates & Hot Yoga! My first class was with Agnes. Just finished a Saturday morning class with Agnes and it was one of the best classes I have ever attended. She structured the session that flowed so smoothly from one pose to the next. With her kind instructions, I was able to close my eyes most of the time and clearly understand her instructions. The pace of the class was spot on and I would describe it as “passive exhaustion”. Loved it!
