“We had a wonderful experience with Eric and the Pella installers. Eric listened to our needs and was honest with what he thought would be best. We were nervous about the installation because we had double doors plus sidelights on either side--a HUGE amount of weight--plus the trim had to be changed on the inside and outside--but the installers were impeccable professionals. “Just had 11 windows replaced by RBA and I have to say that I am so happy that I chose them. When Dania my design consultant came in she listened to understand what I wanted and provided me me my options. I didn't feel pressured or that I HAD to make a decision that day and was even told that I could do it when I was ready. Once I evaluated all my options I chose Renewal. Yes they were a little more expensive then other quotes but the difference was not a deal breaker and worth it for what I was provided. I was assigned a dedicated team: Dania and Christina who always kept in contact with me and most of all if I asked a question at 10 a.m. I promise before 11 a.m. I had a response. My installation team lead by Vasiliy was PHENOMINAL. Storms was predicted for my day of installation. Mr. Vasiliy called when they were 30 minutes away. When he arrived he informed me that due to the prediction of rain he had an extra crew so they could get the work done. We discussed what would take place, I went in the basement with my cat and they went to work. The put material down to protect my floors and covered my furniture, counters and any big item with plastic. When they were done they cleaned up everything and the young man had his swifter mop and even cleaned the floors. They left my house cleaner than they found it. Mr. Vasily walked me to EVERY window to make sure I knew how to operate them and I was pleased. My new windows are awesome and couldn't be happier.
