She also checked out our windows. She determined what we needed and called when those parts were in. The gentleman (Allen, I believe) who came to fix it was very thorough, professional and attentive. He went above and beyond to take care of our problems and made a big difference in the amount of air that was leaking from them. He replaced and repaired everything that might be causing an issue.
