“One of our toilets wouldn't work and while my husband can typically replace the toilet guts, he'd just had surgery and wasn't able. Top it off that it was the day after Christmas and we had a guest coming to stay who would need that bathroom. When I called JKE and asked if I they could come that day, they immediately said yes! JKE Plumbing came later that morning and fixed it right away. He also fixed the water shut off because it wouldn't turn for us. He has also worked on our AC unit a couple times!
