“I hired this company to do a full furnace/AC replacement. In the quoting process, three things stood out to me: the friendliness of the employees, the competitiveness of the pricing, and the fact that they were the only company that properly sized the replacement unit (we were moving from an ancient unit to a high-efficiency unit, and other companies quoted me for a new furnace with equivalent BTUs, and none of them did manual J calcs to back that up). That final point was most important to me - even if Oasis had worse pricing, I wanted the job done right. The installation had a couple minor errors, but they did not drag their feet about coming back to make everything right. To me, that displayed a high degree of professionalism and commitment to customer service. The installation seemed to go smoothly, and everyone was friendly throughout. They will be my choice for all future HVAC maintenance/needs.“

After a few tests, TJ was able to diagnose the problem, explained it thoroughly in a way anyone can understand, locate the parts and replace it all in the same day. “I appreciated being able to get a diagnostic appointment scheduled quickly, and having the job completed that same day. Jose G explained what would be involved, itemized the estimate, and was very very tenacious in getting an incredibly clogged bathroom sink draining again. It took him 3 passes and a lot of effort, but thankfully got the job done. It wasn’t inexpensive but well worth the money. It would have been a literal nightmare if I had tried to do the job myself, and I would not have succeeded. It remains a mystery how the pipe draining that sink got so completely blocked!“

“I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. He answered all questions and was done having my pipes cleaned and roded out in about an hour. Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was great and pricing was very fair. “I hired a company, Ace Plumbing and Sewer Inc, which is no longer featured on Google, that ruined my vintage basement bar over the course of three months to do what United Sewer & Drains was able to do in one day. They're dependable, adaptable and persistent in solving any plumbing problem. I've since hired United Sewer and Drains to do everything from augering pipe to installing a new outdoor valve. I'll be using United Sewer and Drains for all of our plumbing needs in the future.“

“Want to share my experience with Liam from Glennon Plumbing. Needed to change a no freeze outside spigot. With no inside shut-off valve, Liam shut off main water valve. Liam then remove old spigot but had to remove a 12 inch square opening in drywall to install the new spigot to the existing water pipe. The debris was all cleaned up and no leaks. Liam was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Job done well!“

“I cannot thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when another company (Ace Plumbing) in Brookfield left me in a bind. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed. The second time Ace came out (under warranty) they told me I needed a full replacement of the pipe which was many, many thousands of dollars and Ace Plumbing told me they couldn't clear the clog. In my frustration and desperation, I called Mark, and I’m so glad I did.
Mark showed up promptly, assessed the situation with professionalism, and got straight to work.
