“We had such a positive experience working with Mr. Rooter. From the start the lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was so kind. She sent Shaun out to our house. He was here under a hour. He ran his equipment twice through our pipe. But unfortunately it did not do it. Shaun sat down with me and explained was going on with our plumbing. He scheduled a man from their company to come and look down our pipe with camera. At no extra cost. “Two has leaks were found in my house the Friday before Easter. American shut my gas off until it was fixed. I called JC Dillon and only one person was left in the office, Doug.

Doug said everyone was gone for the holiday but said he would see what he could do. He called me back about 15 minutes later saying he has someone who can fix the leaks.

Rhett came by at the specified time, was very polite and efficient and fixed the leaks quickly.

Ameren came to turn the gas back on. He said They did a good job fixing the pipes.
