My hair turned out great! The lady who did my hair was polite, efficient, and incredibly talented. Walk-ins are accepted so you may have to wait if you’re not among the first when the shop opens.
Things I wish I knew:
1) They use products with coconut on everyone’s hair so if you’re allergic bring a N95 mask/gloves and before you sit down ask for alternative products.
2) Also, I’ve heard that mousse on human hair causes dryness and tangling so let them know before they finish not to put mousse on your expensive human hair extensions.

We went to the Harlem location. Even though communication was off with who you're talking to, not the same person each time calling or texting. My daughter loves her hair, my sister goes, and I will definitely too.
