Exceptional personal training concept! I had never felt personal training was my scene but a sports injury brought me to Mike when I could no longer play sports. He expertly identified the weak areas, isolating muscle groups and designing a truly personal development programme. I’ve kept my one on one session and also signed up for Mike and John’s group classes - Stay Strong and Tabata (great workout). These guys are great athletes as well as great trainers. And thankfully they offer virtual classes and training during our isolation period!
Michael is a great trainer! Definitely worth the investment. In fact, I highly recommend it. Your body. mind and spirit will thank you.
John and Mike are excellent and highly knowledgeable trainers who are experts in body work, fitness & strength training, and kinesiology. These guys are smart and savvy, nice and friendly, and know how to motivate you and how get you fit and healthy. Their new gym is just getting off the ground and still has that “new gym smell”, but is as beautiful as it is comfortable, is conveniently located, and has plenty of street parking. Their specialty is private and semi-private personalized training sessions and classes. They operate on your schedule by appointment only. I have personally been training with John for about seven years now and he has changed (if not ‘saved’) my life. No matter your baseline level-of-fitness, or what you think your comfort zone is, I can not recommend YDM any more highly. They will help you achieve wonderful things and help you make yourself stronger and healthier.
