I love this place so much. I’ve been going since January 2024 and have tried many of the classes, but especially enjoy the Ashtanga and Rocket vinyasa classes. Because there are so many classes available, it’s always been easy to fit with my busy schedule. Alisa, Shelly, and Beth, who teach the ashtanga classes I take are incredibly knowledgeable on the style. Colleen’s Rocket vinyasa class on Saturday is insanely good. Each time I go I learn a huge amount and see marked improvements in my form and flexibility in a way that is very gratifying. Such an incredible yoga studio!!! My boyfriend & I went to Yoga Now for the first time today for a class with Mara, and it was fantastic! Mara is an extremely knowledgeable, kind & helpful instructor, especially for someone like me who has knee & hip issues! She offered personalized suggestions for poses based on my needs. We will definitely be coming back, highly recommend! Thank you to Mara & the Yoga Now Team?

Love my experience with this yoga studio. They're great at communicating - after not being sent a link I was re-credited a class pass and received a lovely email from Amy. The lesson I did was online Vinyasa and it was great! Maureen was so friendly, the class was the perfect difficulty level and I felt amazing after! Definitely recommend Yoga Now
