The staff provides great service, with some employees being particularly helpful at night. Most visitors are serious about weight training, and the community is strong. However, the equipment can get damaged frequently due to intense use, and parking can be a challenge with limited spaces. While the facilities like the pool are spacious and suitable for swimmers of various sizes, they require more frequent cleaning and maintenance. Guests have noted that the pool, whirlpool, and dryer machine are often down, and one jacuzzi has not been operational for several years. The men's locker rooms can sometimes feel neglected, with half of the lockers not closing properly. On a positive note, the B court has been recently redone and the new stretching/exercise area is a great addition. Personal trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, working closely with clients to create tailored workouts and provide valuable guidance. Overall, improvements in cleaning and maintenance could enhance the experience at XSport Fitness.
