Rowing machine outside of the pay to play area has been broken for all to use. I’ve asked for over 1 year to no avail. As a long time member who loves to row and started going to Norridge because of the rowing machine, please fix it. I’m here several times a week as well because it’s 5 mins from my house. I’ll pay the fee to have it fixed. Thank you
It's okay. I have the least expensive membership which limits your access to one club. As the sayin goes "you get what you pay for". Expect some weight machines to be out of order; expect them to be rusty; expect free weights to be strewn about the gym (that's more the clientele that use the gym since they are mostly selfish azzh*Les that don't care about anyone else but themselves). But the staff are friendly. It's a cheap membership which is a big plus.
3 people at the front and can't get help. One person helping someone else. 3 people talking. This is the 4th time I've put my stuff back so I didn't have to wait to purchase a drink.
