The literal best. Winch out. Jeff was great and super helpful and communicative about what he was doing, what I could do, etc. Called, had someone out within 30 minutes (Sunday, ~10:30pm), and was able to resolve in 2 hours.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THIS TOWING COMPANY, I HAD REACHED OUT TO 3 OTHER TOWING COMPANY, AND THE FIRST GUY, THEY SENT OUT, DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO JUMP MY VEHICLE, CAUSE THERE WAS A COVER OVER THE BATTERY, AND IF IT NEEDED TO BE TOWED, HE LEFT THE TRUCK, A HALF BLOCK FROM MY VEHICLE,.....XL TOWING CHICAGO (WBE) WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, AND STRESS FREE, THE DISPATCH KEPT ME INFORMED OF EVERYTHING, INCLUDING THE LOCATION OF THE DRIVER AND WHAT TIME TO EXPECT HIM, WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL, THE DRIVER JON IF I'M NOT MISTAKE, WAS AMAZING, HE CALLED ME, TO TELL ME, THAT HE WAS NEAR, AFTER EXITING THE EXPRESSWAY, HE WAS VERY PET FRIENDLY TO MY SMALL DOG, AND VERY HELPFUL IN ALL... read full review

My car was having issues and I called XL towing dispatch. The dispatcher sent there driver down to lower wacker to pick me up and he found me instantly. The tow was affordable to the location where the car needed to go and Juan’s customer service was great. I really appreciate the help. Call this company if you’re ever in a pinch in Chicago. Thanks again.
