The company was a pleasure to work with and their design went beyond what we had expected. After talking with many different contractors, we decided to go with Jeremy and Gloria and we are so thankful we did. They were very thorough with the project and they were not satisfied until we were satisfied. Custom iron stairs do take time and fabricating/creating is a process, but this company made it look easy. So happy with the result and grateful that we went through them. Not often do you find workers who are true masters in their industry. They are great!

It is now Feb of 2020. We still did not receive the $625 refund that Gloria promised. It's sad that they took $625 last May and did not provide any service, but they won't refund the money.

Woodards, LLC is a SCAM! DO NOT do business with this so called company. I paid $2,500 deposit for spiral staircase and they never delivered on the job. After months and months of excuses that Jeremy and Gloria made about the delay, I requested my deposit back. Gloria (the Office Manager) promised I'd get my deposit back and 4 months later, my deposit has not been refunded. They don't even answer my calls or emails anymore. It's like they vanished out of thin air with my money. I've since sued them and of course they've not responded or appeared in court so now a default judgment is being levied against Jeremy and Gloria and Woodards, LLC. I've never experienced such a blatant scam in my life
