Had them install a runner with padding that I had prepurchased online. It was a custom job given that our staircase had some pie shaped stairs and it looks amazing - very well done install.

We were very pleased with Windy City. They were recommended to us by a friend. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The customer service was outstanding. They contacted us several times to let us know the status and to arrange installation. The installers did a great job and didn't leave until they were sure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
