Vladimir, the owner, was fantastic, start to finish. When we talked on the phone, he thoroughly explained his approach and was very knowledgeable. I felt at ease right away. He was available for additional questions I had later that day. I was able to book an appointment very quickly. when Vlad arrived, he took his time to explain all that he would be doing and what we needed to do once he was gone.
