Very knowledgeable but hold on to your wallet! I made a 2 hour appointment and didn't realize more time went by being in a room with no clock. The unasked for information just came coming! At the end, wow. The bill was huge. I know this clinic has moved out of state but just wanted to share in case someone needed to hear this. Wear a watch and set a timer!

I had to come in here and write something about my favorite small business that I encountered in all of Chicago. White Moon Healing Center has been trusted health, nutrition, and wellness advisor for me for over 8 years now. I have had health counseling, nutrition advice, acupuncture, aromatherapy, and more at their beautiful office in Roger's Park. They listen to the whole story of my life and really take into account the emotional aspects that translate into physical ailments. I love that. They even gave me a custom herbal remedy for my cat when she was sick and gave me advice on how to help my new cats that I adopted from an animal shelter feel safe in their new home after coming from stressful and abusive past environments. I wish Mary Helen and Conan a lot of luck and good vibes in their new location and new business venture. I really, really love them!!! I will be going to their new location whenever possible and scheduling phone consultations with them for health and nutrition suggestions.

Mary Ellen is wonderful at acupuncture and Herbal medicine it's Best in Rogers Park. I had a wonderful experience 25 years ago. My girlfriend at the time went to her for acupuncture and durning That time I had a bad dry cough that I had for a whole year. Went to my doctors and said cough syrup and drink water. Than prescribed me all types of other cough syrups. Nothing worked. When I visited her for the first time. Her front room is so calming you can hear yourself think. Mary Ellen put her fingers on my wrist to check my pulse and listened to my breathing. She wiped up her cough syrup and told me to mix a teaspoon with apple or orange juice. In 2 days the cough was gone and until this day has never came back. God Bless she is amazing.
