I came to Western Spa with a bad pinched nerve in my neck, and Helen was able to see me the same day. She did an amazing job focusing on my pain areas and went above and beyond to help relieve my pain. It's important to highlight gems like these in our community. I will definitely be going back!

Western Spa is excellent! Helen remembered me from my first visit and knew what to focus on right away. She masterfully worked out the knots of tension with hot stones and approached my shoulders and upper back like it was a ball of clay ... kneading the fascia until it released. The spa is very clean and decorated with a beautiful collection of plants. Give it a try if you are looking for a serious deep tissue massage for an affordable price!
