Truly the best experience I’ve ever received at an optometrist’s office. From the minute you walk in to the warm handoff of eyewear expert: Alemi, who recommend two frames (glasses and sunglasses) that I ended up buying. Dr. Shah is so warm and takes the time to learn of your needs and even suggests something you didn’t factor and now an indispensable solution! So great this amazing place is a 10 min walk from my place since they’ll be the home of any future eye-care needs ?
I’m glad this place showed up when I googled “eye doctor near me”! Dr. Shah was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understanding my prescription and the staff helped me pick out a new pair of amazing glasses at an affordable price!! Will definitely recommend this place thank you!
This has been my go to place for 5 years and although Matt is no longer with the company ERIC has been fantastic with my care, and he even helped my boyfriend pick out some glasses as well. This isn't his home base but I look forward to seeing him ever visit. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to West loop eye care.
