I hired Reisinger as a GC for our upstairs primary suite renovations. While the subcontractors did satisfactory construction work, I do NOT recommend Reisinger Remodeling because the pricing he puts in writing does NOT include all his charges. We had a 15-page agreement w/full architectural drawings I provided in advance, a water contract and 3 amendments totaling $85,442. After the work was done, he invoiced me $97,597 (+14%). The undisclosed charges were for work IN the contract scope/drawings and were NOT communicated as extra until the invoice.
