I applied for an apartment in Nashville and was approved a week ago. I was told a lease would be emailed to me on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but so far nothing has been received. I’ve reached out to the manager several times to get at the very least, the apartment number in order to get my electricity turned on. I am extremely disappointed but I feel I have no choice but to look for another place to live.

Just like another resident at Tides 3 months ago, I had the same experience with my final bill (incurring no additional charges, apart from regular utilities!) being sent to collections TWO BUSINESS DAYS after receipt by email, after payment was already in the mail (Waterton refuses to accept online payments for whatever reason, and mail takes longer than 2 days).Waterton tries to turn every interaction into a fight and acts like slumlords. They'll respond with the usual generic message—ignore it, because actions speak louder than words. Make sure you read 1 star reviews. I lived at the Abstract at Design District in Dallas. The entry doors are always broken anybody could get in, garage door is also always broken, main elevator never worked, cars were always being broken into, and there was a shoot out in the parking garage and they failed to tell the residents. My water bill kept randomly generating to $500 for 2-3 months and I had to let leasing office know but they never knew why (It was only me living in that apartment there’s no reason why my bill should be that high). It’s not a safe place to live at all, there were always so many strange people sitting in the halls and stairways. My packages... read full review
