“I could not be happier with the service Edwin and team provided. Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. Edwin was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions and was very patient with us in making sure all the issues were addressed. “J. Blanton was great. I was not the nicest this morning when I called because I was super stressed about my plumbing being totally backed up for the second time in 6 weeks, and they were so sweet. They got someone out same day and communicated constantly until he arrived. Stephen was absolutely amazing. I had a different plumber out recently for the same issue that was terrible and basically swindled me. Stephen made me feel so much better, solved the problem, and explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I trust him 100% and will definitely ask for him if I ever have an issue again. Update - J. Blanton just came out for routine maintenance and they were equally amazing as the first time I used them. They called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Brandon was so nice and explained everything to me without being condescending. He was also super sweet to my dog. My water needs to be replaced soon and he gave me all of my options without trying to oversell me. I would never use another plumbing company in this area because the service is so incredible with them. I cannot recommend enough.“

“I contacted Burks heating with a furnace outage in the winter on a weekend and they came out and quickly resolved the issue and got my heat working. That was 2 years ago. “Had a technician come 1 day and he was unable to fix the problem. He left quite a big mess, but promised me a supervisor would be there within the following 3 hours. No supervisor and was left with a big mess....had quite a few miscommunications via phone with their dispatch team.
BUT, when a team did come the following day, they did not leave until the problem was solved- they worked for almost 4 hours! They were ruthless and got to the bottom of my plumbing issue. They did still leave quite a mess, but they are the best plumbers in the game.“
