This place is great if your on a budget. Heat and most of the utilities are paid for with the exception of electricity, internet and if you choose cable TV. The building Manager offers parking along side of the building for an additional small fee per month. The building offers washers and dryers at an excellent deal in today’s economy. The property maintenance guy is quick to take care of your apartment needs. You can get good cheap internet from RCN, or if you prefer to you can have Comcast or even AT&T U-verse Internet with TV. Who ever picked the phone is the rudest person ever. I called regarding a parking and then to inquire for a 1 bedroom, he yelled and hanged up the phone! Dontttttt ever think considering tp move in that place!
