Excellent experience from scheduling to first appointment with Dr. Tom. Sonny and Chris were excellent as PT in both function and education on what and why they were doing what they were doing as well as what I needed to do to not have to come back. I felt they valued my response and always felt in control of my treatment, never pressured into anything that caused me undue pain or unnecessary therapies, if something hurts, they wanted to know and would adapt or stop that particular motion/therapy. Happy to be back at Vital! After my 3rd surgery on my knee, I’m ready to get back at it with the best team - Bogna, Iza and Monika! (I apologize for any misspells of names ?) I know Vital specializes in physical therapy, but working with them while sharing laughs and conversations gives mental therapy as well! ? Keep up the good work ??
My four-year-old son has speech therapy sessions with Hannah, the speech-language pathologist (SLP), for his lisp. She makes the sessions fun and engaging while also working on his mouth movement and tongue placement and pronunciation. She is encouraging and patient and good at adjusting her explanations to both a four year old’s understanding as well as an adult’s, being detailed and thorough without being jargony. My son looks forward to going every week, and Hannah gives us flashcards to work on at home to keep up the practice.
