This was a very unfortunate experience. This is why you should do a trial. While Wendy was deceptively kind in the beginning, it was VERY difficult working with her. She was not receptive to feedback, input or anything that did not align with what she thought was best. I brought my mother along to the trial and Wendy would not let us speak comfortably or ask for any modifications without making us feel like a complete burden. We walked on eggshells the entire trial. Almost like dealing with a spoiled, arrogant child. The only thing Wendy wanted to talk about was herself, her art and how she met her husband. Wendy came to our hotel room to do our makeup for my son's wedding. She was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. The application was perfectly blended naturally with our individual ages taken into consideration. We all looked very natural but stunning. I received many compliments as did my sister, daughter-in-law and niece. It was a great experience and the makeup flawlessly lasted well into the night!!
