Highly recommend. Matthew and team were great to work with during our aeration, overseeding and soil amendment services. Matthew was quick to respond to all my emails and texts, and happy to provide guidance on the best combination of services to bring our lawn back to life. Their work was fast, clean and the crew was incredibly kind. This is the second time working with Villa and will certainly be doing so again.

Matthew is a man of his word… this company did an Amazon job landscaping. They are very professional very detailed and they are willing to work with you. if you need some landscaping done around your property or your building please reach out to Matthew and his team….. Thanks again!!!

Matthew and his team at Villa Property Maintenance are excellent to work with, fair pricing, great communication, and great end result. We used them for sod installation, lawn maintenance, and spring clean ups! Highly recommend.
