I called inquiring about an ant problem. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely thorough and helpful. He was never pushy or eager to set an appointment. He even suggested I try a few initial pest solutions before hiring them. I will take his advice and if the problem persists, VenPro will definitely get my business. I have had a rodent terrorizing my apartment for months now, chewing holes through the walls, destroying furniture, plants, you name it. I did a good deal of research and tried every trap on the market. I finally decided to cave and call VenPro to see if they could help. Yesterday they came to bait the apartment and today they removed the rodent (an enormous, disgusting rat) from my apartment. I wish I had called them earlier and saved myself months of misery. Highly recommend Gilberto and team, very profesional and effective!

If you need a professional exterminator who can get the job done I recommend Venpro! I can honestly tell you i will use no other company, Gilberto the exterminator was professional, very knowledgeable, punctual and wasn’t trying to just tell me or sell me anything. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and he took his time doing his job. I had a problem after the fact and Gilberto came back to my house with no questions asked!
